Western Germany Beaded Floral Brooch

Vintage beaded floral brooch from The Brooch Lady Collection, a large estate collection containing thousands of brooches and other jewelry. Features an ornate gold-tone filigree setting densely decorated with faceted translucent beads in smoky blue, gray, clear and pale tones, accented by a dimensional gold-tone floral spray across the center. The reverse is clearly marked "WESTERN GERMANY" and has a traditional pin-back closure. The Western Germany marking identifies the piece as postwar vintage jewelry produced during the period when West Germany existed. This piece came directly from The Brooch Lady Collection. No additional research, testing, authentication or verification has been performed by Southern Heirs Auction regarding maker, exact age, metal content, bead material or origin beyond the visible Western Germany marking.
