New old stock hand-painted cast-iron mechanical coin bank depicting Santa Claus standing beside a chimney with a sack of toys. Place a coin in Santa’s hand and press the lever to make his arm drop the coin into the chimney. Manufacturer’s box identifies it as a fully functional reproduction of a 1920s cast-iron bank. This is a later collectible reproduction, not an original antique bank. Features a factory-applied distressed finish intended to create an aged appearance. Includes the original illustrated box, opened for the first time to take these photographs. Bank appears unused with minor factory imperfections and storage wear.
