2 VINTAGE BAVARIAN PORCELAIN PIECES

Updated September 18, 2026

Two large vintage Bavarian porcelain serving and display pieces. Includes an ornate 12.5-inch-diameter cabinet plate featuring a romantic courting scene surrounded by pink, floral and gold decoration. The second is a shallow serving bowl decorated with yellow, pink and red roses and a gold-trimmed rim. The rose bowl is marked H&C Selb Bavaria Germany, Heinrich, "Mirandy Radiance Peace." The courting-scene plate bears a partially obscured Bavaria backstamp and an additional Germany decorator’s mark. Estimated early-to-mid 20th century. Both display attractively with age-related wear to the gilding and decoration, surface marks and residue from an old label.
