Late Victorian-style banquet lamp, dating approximately 1890–1910, with a yellow art-glass oil font decorated with applied blue and green accents. Features ornate brass-tone hardware, fluted column, decorative black base and a large white milk-glass shade. The dual burner controls are marked P&A Mfg. Co., Waterbury, Connecticut, identifying them as Plume & Atwood hardware. Originally manufactured as a kerosene lamp and later converted to electricity. The underside of the base also has a partially visible molded maker’s mark. Measures approximately 24 inches tall. Displays age-related tarnish, discoloration, surface wear and residue. Wiring and electrical components should be inspected before continued use. Do not clean aggressively—the original aged finish adds to its appeal.
