Beautiful natural unheated Sri Lanka blue sapphire and diamond ring featuring an octagonal modified brilliant-cut sapphire surrounded by a substantial diamond halo in a platinum setting. According to the included GemAssure Gemological Appraisals report dated January 19, 2026, the center gemstone is a natural Sri Lanka blue sapphire corundum with no indications of heating, weighing approximately 2.20 carats and measuring approximately 7.02 x 6.40 x 5.01 mm. The appraisal describes the sapphire as intense blue, transparent, dark tone, Type 3 clarity, with excellent symmetry. The ring is accented with 34 round brilliant-cut natural diamonds having an approximate combined weight of 0.79 carats. The appraisal lists the diamonds as approximately F-G color with VS1-VS2 clarity, excellent symmetry, and excellent polish. The mounting is platinum, marked .900, with a gross ring weight of approximately 6.5 grams. The appraisal references GIA Sapphire Report #2233819561. The GemAssure appraisal lists an Estimated Retail Replacement Value of $21,590.00. This appraisal was prepared by a California gemological appraisal company, and a local appraisal could be more or less than the stated value.
