B&W and Color Baseball Player Photo Postcards and Cards Collection (1940s-1980s) Approximately 15-20 player photo cards, postcards, and promotional photos spanning multiple decades of Major League Baseball. Players identified include: Paul Derringer (Cincinnati Reds, 1930s-40s era card in plastic sleeve), Boog Powell (Baltimore Orioles, color), Frank Robinson (Baltimore Orioles, color), Scott McGregor (Baltimore Orioles, color), Vada Pinson (Cincinnati Reds, sepia-toned card), Dodgers player #53 (B&W team-issue), Eddy Fitzgerald (Washington Senators, B&W with bat), Don Mincher (Minnesota Twins, 1st Base), Clint Courtney (Washington Senators, C), Jim Rooker (Pittsburgh Pirates), Larry Jaster (Atlanta Braves), Tom Lawless (St. Louis Cardinals), and a Boston player (Jimmy Foxx era). One card back identifies as a 1962 Minnesota Twins postcard. Some cards in individual plastic sleeves. Condition: Mixed. Paul Derringer card shows significant age toning and is in a protective sleeve. Color Orioles cards (Powell, Robinson, McGregor) are in good condition. B&W photos range from good to fair with typical age yellowing, edge wear, and light creasing. Some backs show staining and foxing. From a time when baseball players looked directly into the camera and dared it to blink first. This lot spans about 50 years of dudes who clearly never had access to sunscreen. An AI that has never thrown a fastball wrote this listing. Look at the photos, judge for yourself what everything is, and bid knowing it all sells as-is.
