A turned wooden bowl, 5.5" wide, with simple flared sides and a small foot. The surface has a heavily mottled tan-brown-grey patina and visible wood grain from turning. The style is consistent with a primitive or farmhouse-type mixing/utility bowl, but no maker's mark, origin stamp, or other identifying detail is present, so age and origin cannot be confirmed from photos; this could be an older handmade piece or a later decorative reproduction. Sold as a decorative wood bowl in the primitive/rustic style rather than as an attributed period antique. Condition Report: As-found condition, wear commensurate with age and use. A vertical crack is visible running down from the rim partway into the bowl wall (see photos); the bowl remains stable but this should be noted. Heavy surface staining and wear are present throughout, along with light residue in the interior. No other losses noted beyond the crack described. Keywords: Primitive wood bowl, hand turned wood bowl, rustic decor bowl, farmhouse style bowl, wooden mixing bowl, decorative wood bowl, country primitive collectible, treen style bowl Dimensions: H: 2.5", W: 5.5"
