A trio of American industrial milk cans manufactured by Buhl-Detroit. Each can features a cylindrical steel body with reinforced bands, loop handles, and original heavy lids. One shoulder is hand-painted with the number 865 in red, whileanother bears an embossed mark reading BUHL-DETROIT SEALED LQ 40 - DT 9110 MB. Each measures 13 inches in diameter and 25 inches in height.The cans show heavy surface rust, pitting, and patina consistent with agricultural use. Scattered dents and scuffs are present throughout all three pieces.
