This group features two bisque-headed character baby dolls and two hand-painted porcelain pieces. The lidded box base bears a green printed mark reading ROYAL COPENHAGEN DENMARK around a crown and three blue wavy lines. The basket displaysa green printed VICTORIA Czechoslovakia stamp and a 1943 inscription signed L. HASTE. One doll shoulder plate is impressed JAPAN. The larger doll is 13.5 inches tall.Doll garments exhibit staining and fraying. Porcelain pieces show moderate wear to the gilded handles and rims. Surface scuffs and minor paint loss are present on the doll heads.
