Bring your items in today and let's turn your clutter into cash! Consignment & Auction Terms 1. Term & Commission Items are held for the duration of the current Auction period. Standard Commission: Shop retains 35% (Consignor receives 65%). Gold & Silver: Shop retains 10% (Consignor receives 90%). 2. Expiration & Pick-Up It is the Consignor's responsibility to track their expiration date. Unsold items must be picked up within 7 days of the auction ending. Please note: The Shop does not provide expiration reminders. 3. Automatic Auction To ensure every item has a chance to sell, all items start at a $3.00 opening bid. There are no reserves placed on items. 4. Unsold Items & Donation Due to limited storage capacity, we must adhere to a strict removal policy: Items remaining after the 7-day pick-up window will be donated immediately. Items deemed unsuitable for auction (based on condition or demand) will be donated. The Shop assumes no liability for donated items once the pick-up window has expired. 5. Risk of Loss While we take every precaution to secure your items, the Shop is not responsible for loss or damage due to theft, fire, or accidental damage during the consignment or auction period.
