****Terms & Conditions *** Auction Schedule: Auctions are held biweekly, beginning Friday and closing Wednesday. Bidder Registration: You must be a registered user to bid in this auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to: Refuse any bidder registration, Deny bidding privileges,and Revoke bidding privileges at any time. By registering to bid, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By placing a bid, you acknowledge that: You are able to pay for any items you win, including shipping and handling if applicable. Each bid represents a legal, valid, binding, and enforceable contract between the Auctioneer and the bidder. Item Inspection: Bidders are encouraged to inspect items before bidding and determine value and condition for themselves. You are responsible for reviewing: Item descriptions, Auction photos, In-person previews when available. Items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees unless specifically stated. Soft Close Auction: This auction uses a soft close format. Due to potential internet delays, bids submitted at the last second may not be received in time. For this reason: Do not wait until the final seconds to bid. Bids cannot be retracted once acknowledged by the Auctioneer or submitted online. One More Time Auctions is not responsible for technical issues outside our control. Reserve Auctions: Final sale prices are determined through public auction with competitive online bidding. Unless specifically advertised as absolute, all auctions in the United States are considered with reserve. Some items may not sell if the reserve price is not met. Payments: By registering for this auction, you agree to the following payment terms: Automatic Payment: The credit card on file will be automatically charged after 3 days for unpaid invoices. Cash Payments: Cash payments must be made during designated pickup times. If payment is not made by the final pickup day, the card on file will be charged. Accepted Payment Methods: Visa Mastercard American Express Discover Cash Cashier's Check Check Money Order. Sales Tax: all Items will have Idaho 6% sales tax added. Shipping: No items will be shipped until the invoice has been paid in full. Shipping details: Items ship within 7 business days after payment clears. Items will only be shipped to the verified address used during registration. Shipping carriers may include: USPS UPS FedEx Shipping costs: vary based on size, weight, and insurance. Handling Fee: $5 per item Combined shipping may be available. Pickup Schedule: Items may be picked up at the following times: Thursday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Closed Sundays. Pickup Location: 5616 Hwy 2 Priest River Abandoned Items: Items not picked up within 7 days of the auction closing will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of without refund.
