Original multi-plate color etching by noted Austrian printmaker Josef Eidenberger (1899–1991) titled New Orleans–Brulatour Courtyard and dated 1977. The detailed composition depicts the historic French Quarter courtyard with its brick architecture, arched passageways, balconies, stairway, fountain, and tropical plantings. Eidenberger was internationally recognized for his finely detailed architectural and landscape etchings, particularly scenes of European and American landmarks. Pencil-signed beneath the image and presented under glass with layered cream and green matting in an ornate gold-tone frame. artwork; print is approximately 20" X 23" including frame. Located in dining room. Must bring your own packing materials, boxes and help to load items.
