Vintage 1940s Croton Aquamedico military-style "doctor's watch" featuring a 23.45mm stainless steel rectangular case with structural tiered lugs and a solid caseback held secure by side tension plates. The original heavily patinated cream-toned sector dial displays an outer track ring, Arabic numeric hour indicators, matching baton hands, a central red sweep seconds hand, and explicit text callouts reading Croton Aquamedico. The watch is powered by a Swiss-made, unadjusted manual-wind movement, presented on a stitched grey leather sport strap.This mechanical watch is running as of the time of listing, though a professional service is required for accurate timekeeping, and extended runtime without service is not guaranteed.
