Vintage 1950s Benrus square mechanical wristwatch featuring a 25.13mm base metal case with fancy scrolled horn lugs and a stainless steel snap-style caseback stamped with serial number 759042. The original patinated gold-tone dial showcases an inner crosshair design, applied gold-tone stylized Arabic numerals at the primary hours, diamond-shaped markers, baton hands, and a sunken circular sub-seconds register at the 6 o'clock position. The watch is powered by a Swiss-made, unadjusted manual-wind Benrus Watch Co. caliber BA 2 movement equipped with 17 jewels and an AXZ import code, presented on a black suede strap.This mechanical watch is running as of the time of listing, though a professional service is required for accurate timekeeping, and extended runtime without service is not guaranteed.
