This 1960s Caravelle dress watch (a Bulova sub-brand) has a round case with a gold-tone base metal bezel and a stainless steel case back, stamped "Caravelle, Shock Resistant, Base Metal Bezel, Anti-Magnetic, Stainless Steel Back, Water Resistant." The silvered dial reads "Caravelle" and "Water Resistant," with applied gold baton and arrow-style markers, Arabic numerals at 12 and 6, and gold dauphine-style hour and minute hands with a gold baton sweep second hand. The manual-wind movement is signed "Caravelle Watch, Seventeen 17 Jewels, 11DP." Case diameter measures approximately 33.19mm excluding the crown, and the watch is fitted to a black lizard leather strap with a gold-tone buckle, marked "Lizard" on the underside.
