This is a Soviet-era wristwatch built around a Molnija pocket watch movement. The dial is signed "Molnija" in script, with a military-style 24-hour track doubling the standard 1-12 numerals, a small seconds subdial at 9 o'clock, a small CCCP star-in-shield emblem near the center, and "Made in USSR" printed at 6 o'clock. The movement is signed "18 jewels," caliber 3602, with an "SU" export mark and a serial number reading "280516." Case diameter measures a notably large 49.74mm excluding the crown - consistent with a pocket-watch-sized movement cased into a custom wristwatch case, rather than a factory Molnija wristwatch case. The case itself has an unusual cross-shaped bezel with four cutout windows over the dial's quadrants, and the watch is fitted with a black leather strap. This watch currently runs but will not wind and will require service to keep running reliably.
