Rustic Wooden Angel w/ Coiled Metal Hair

Charming rustic wooden angel figurine with a primitive country/folk-art style. The angel is made from thick cut wood and features a wide cream/tan painted body shaped into scalloped wings. A raised dark burgundy wooden heart accents the center. The simple painted face has rosy cheeks and tiny black eyes, while burgundy plaid fabric and natural moss-like fibers form the hair. Dark coiled metal wire creates a whimsical halo/hair effect, accented with a small wooden star. The piece measures approximately 8 inches wide and about 5 inches tall, including the wire decoration. Dimensions are approximately 5"h x 8"w x 1"d. Good pre-owned vintage-style condition with intentional rustic/distressed character. There is visible surface wear, discoloration, small marks, scratches, and paint loss along the body and edges. The wooden heart shows scuffs and spotting. The fabric and natural-fiber hair are frayed and uneven, and the coiled wire has some oxidation/discoloration and irregular shaping. The back shows additional light marks and wear. No major cracks or breaks in the wooden body are visible. Overall, a charming primitive decorative piece with age-related and rustic wear.
