This small decorative ceramic basket with an oval, slightly irregular handmade-style form. The exterior has horizontal ridged texture and a deep plum/purple finish accented with scattered iridescent green-blue highlights. A thick arched handle spans the center and is finished in metallic gold with molded ribbed detailing. The interior is a contrasting matte tan/terracotta color. Dimensions are approximately 3"h x 3 1/2"x 2 1/2"d. Good pre-owned condition with visible age and surface wear. No obvious major cracks, breaks, or large chips, please review photos carefully. The purple and iridescent exterior finish shows scattered rubbing, small marks, and unevenness consistent with the decorative finish. The gold handle has finish wear, discoloration, and darkened areas. The interior has a few small spots and surface marks. The underside shows scratches, scuffs, and loss of the darker finish around the perimeter.
