Small whimsical miniature cottage/lighthouse figurine featuring a tall, narrow design with a rounded brown roof, textured tan walls, blue windows, green vine accents, and a small wood-look front door. The cottage is surrounded by sculpted dark green shrubs and landscaping with a gray stone-patterned walkway. The heavily textured surface gives it a rustic, storybook or fairy-garden appearance. This piece is likely made of painted resin or a similar composite material. Dimensions are approximately 2 1/2"h x 3"w x 2"d. Good pre-owned vintage-style condition with some visible age and wear. There is paint loss, discoloration, and surface wear, particularly around the roof and upper portion of the cottage. Some small areas along the roofline and landscaping appear chipped or nicked. The textured finish shows general rubbing and minor imperfections throughout.
