Charming vintage pair of miniature Scottish Terrier-style dog figurines in two different sizes. Both feature upright tails, pointed ears, sculpted fur details, and small painted facial features. The underside of the larger figurine retains a partial red marking that appears to read “JAPAN.” Made of glazed ceramic or porcelain, likely hollow-molded construction. The larger figurine has small openings on the underside/feet consistent with this type of vintage ceramic manufacturing. Good pre-owned condition with age-related wear. The glaze shows scattered surface wear, discoloration, small rubs and imperfections. The smaller dog has more noticeable finish wear, including worn or faded painted details and a small yellowish spot/residue on one side. The larger dog shows minor glaze irregularities and surface marks. No obvious major cracks or large missing sections.
