Vintage set of two miniature Schnauzer/terrier-style dog figurines. Each dog has a compact body, upright pointed ears, short legs, raised tail, and a squared muzzle. They are finished in mottled gray, black, brown, and creamy white tones with simple painted facial and coat details. The figurines are very small and likely made of glazed ceramic or porcelain. The undersides are hollow/open, consistent with small molded ceramic figurines. Dimensions are approximately 1"h x 1 1/2"w x 3/4"d, each. Good pre-owned condition with age-related wear. Both show surface discoloration, staining/soiling, rubbed and worn glaze/paint, and small areas of finish loss. There are several rough or nicked areas along the ears, noses, tails, and other raised edges. One figurine has a more noticeable area of glaze/finish loss on its back/shoulder. The hollow undersides show residue and discoloration. No major cracks or complete breaks are readily visible in the photos. Overall, they display well but have considerable wear consistent with age and handling.
