Clear Crystal-Like Candlestick Holder Base

A clear glass, crystal-like, candlestick or tealight holder with a substantial, sculptural geometric form. The body has an elongated faceted octagonal shape with angled ends and a deep circular recessed well in the center for holding a candle. The thick transparent construction features beveled faceted edges and highly polished surfaces creates prism-like reflections and rainbow effects. This piece if from the Oleg Cassini Crystal Collection, with Oleg Cassini's signature etched on the bottom. Likely made of cyrstal or heavy high-quality cut polished glass, based on the etched branding marker. However, the exact type of crystal cannot be confirmed. Dimensions are approximately 1 3/4"h x 5 1/2"w x 2 1/2"d. Good pre-owned condition overall. The piece is structurally intact with no cracks or chips. There are numerous light surface scratches, scuffs, and handling marks, particularly around the central candle well and on the broad polished surfaces. A few small dark specks or residue marks are also visible. Edges and corners show minor wear consistent with previous use. The etched signature/mark remains visible. Overall, an attractive display piece with normal cosmetic wear.
