Co-created by artist Rich Buckler and writer Doug Moench, this issue contains the first appearance and origin of Deathlok the Demolisher. Published by Marvel Comics Group in August 1974, the story introduces Luther Manning within theAstonishing Tales series. The interior indicia confirms volume 1, number 25. The lower right cover art bears a printed signature reading BUCKLER / JANSON.This NM copy features bold colors and crisp corners. The cover is well-preserved with minor age-appropriate tanning. Staples are clean, securing off-white to cream interior pages.
