Carmine Infantino and Joe Giella illustrate this February 1965 issue written by France Herron. This Silver Age key features the second appearance of the Penguin in the era and his first under the "New Look" Batman redesign. The bookcontains the stories Partners in Plunder! and A Bad Day for Batman! and features the distinctive DC Superman National Comics circular logo on the front cover.This Silver Age issue retains bold cover colors. The cover remains securely attached at the staples. Expected handling wear includes light spine stress and edge tanning (photos 1, 12).
