A 3rd Rail brand O scale brass model of a Virginian Railway EL-2b electric locomotive manufactured by Sunset Models. This 2-rail DC/DCC locomotive is finished in black with yellow stripes and bears road number 125 on the nose and side number boards. The lot includes the original manufacturer's box with foam inserts and a small plastic bag containing spare springs and detail parts. A printed label on the box end identifies the model and road number, noting a production date of January 2019 in China.Length: 17.5 inchesBox Length: 23 inchesThe locomotive is in poor overall vintage condition with extensive environmental damage. Thick, flaky brown and white corrosion is present across all wheels and axles. Green verdigris oxidation and white deposits are visible on the roof's electrical bus bars and insulators. One pantograph is missing from the roof assembly. The body shows heavy dust and scattered surface chips. This item is an incomplete set lacking the second unit of the pair and is sold untested for operational functionality.
