A mid-century earthenware cookie jar modeled in the form of a rocking horse. The figure is fashioned from cream-colored earthenware with cold-painted accents in red, blue, yellow, and black. The unglazed underside of the base is incised with a mark reading X 5.Height: 9.25 inchesLength: 8 1/2 inchesThe cookie jar is in good vintage condition with the general character of wear typical for its age.
