Cape Dorset, Nunavut, a serpentine dancing eagle signed Noah Kelly under the right foot, 3 x 8 1/2 inches. Noah Kelly's mother was the late graphic artist Meelia Kelly. He is known for his carvings of bears, dancing and walking, and walruses. Noah’s work has been exhibited in Canada and Germany, including Arctic Spirits: Masterworks Exhibition at the Harris Gallery, Toronto, Ontario, in 2004; Die Kunst aus der Arktis curated by the Inuit Galerie in Mannheim, Germany, and held at the Rathaus Foyer (Town Hall) in Mainz, Germany, in 1999; and Noah Kelly at the Harris Gallery in Toronto, ON, in 1999.
