A fine Imperial Russian style silver and guilloché enamel desk clock in the manner of Fabergé. The arch-topped silver case features a pale blue enamel ground over a wavy guilloché pattern, framed by a black enamel border and topped with a ribbon bow finial set with a clear cabochon. Below the white porcelain dial (marked 8 Days), the front is accented with an oval profile medallion of Tsar Nicholas II flanked by laurel branches, fitted with a 15-jewel Swiss movement. The piece is mounted on a dark stone base embellished with a beaded silver rim, bearing faux Russian hallmarks including a crowned 88 silver purity mark and a FABERGÉ maker's mark, 5 1/4 x 3 3/4 x 1 1/2 inches. Condition noted: displays visible signs of restoration and age-appropriate wear. There is an area of prior repair with enamel loss / filling to the upper-right side band, along with localized touch-ups. Minor surface scratches and oxidation to the metal elements. Serviced and running at time of cataloguing.
