Tall silver-mounted cobalt blue glass covered compote. "16" Tall, 8" Dia. Base, 9" Dia. Basket"), with a pierced silver plated overlay frame in a looping arcade pattern over the blue glass liner and lid, a flame finial to the cover, and a spreading pierced silver foot with a beaded/gadrooned band, raised on a knopped and acanthus-cast silver stem; the removable cobalt glass liner is cut with a radiating floral/fan motif. Underside of the base bears an engraved presentation inscription: "1900-1925, M.L.H. and C.C.H. Jr., From Their Children" for a 25th-anniversary presentation piece.
