Diamond Floral-Motif Portable Pill Box, Signed by Artisan W.RAFAIOQI. <br><br>3.7*3*1.4cm Wt:25.2g<br>This antique gold box was hand?crafted by Italian goldsmith W.RAFAIOQI, a surviving masterpiece representing the finest European goldsmithing of the early 20th century. The lid is worked in warm yellow 18K gold with finely hammered matte texture. A plump cabochon emerald sits at the centre, secured within a three?dimensionally chased gold floral mount. Seven high?relief gold foliate blossoms unfurl outward from the centre; every vein is hand?chased with lifelike detail, interspersed with set diamond accents. A cool white?gold carved border frames the entire object. The striking contrast between two?tone gold brings out remarkable depth and tactile richness. The base bears the hand?engraved signature of craftsman W.RAFAIOQI alongside the 750 gold hallmark, the ultimate guarantee of quality from this Italian goldsmith.
