CHAMPION - AMERICA'S GREAT OUTBOARD MOTOR Before the big names consolidated the outboard business, Champion Outboard Motors built small, dependable engines for fishermen and family boaters through the 1930s, '40s, and '50s. This 1940 design shows an angler at the tiller, headed out across calm water, framed by the confident claim that Champion was America's great outboard motor. Perfect for lake-house, boathouse, or fishing-camp walls, and a natural companion to the Evinrude and marine signs in this sale. BUILT LIKE THE ORIGINALS - BECAUSE IT IS Real kiln-fired porcelain enamel on heavy-gauge steel, with hand-punched mounting holes and the weight, gloss, and depth of color that only true porcelain has.
