REBEL OIL - A REGIONAL BRAND WITH ATTITUDE Rebel Oil was one of the small independent gas and oil brands that fueled the South in the mid-20th century, and its signs were all about attitude: bold block lettering and an unmistakable flag motif. Independent brands like this never had the advertising budgets of the majors, which is exactly why their surviving signs are so prized by collectors today. At 30 inches this design has serious wall presence, with rich color and crisp lettering. BUILT LIKE THE ORIGINALS - BECAUSE IT IS Real kiln-fired porcelain enamel on heavy-gauge steel, with hand-punched mounting holes and the weight, gloss, and depth of color that only true porcelain has.
