Designer Adolph A. Weinman. 90% silver / 10% copper, 2.5 g, 17.9 mm, reeded edge. ASW 0.07234 troy oz. Mintage 191,710,000 (common wartime date; total 1943 production across all three mints exceeded 324 million).No mint mark is visible on the reverse to the left of the fasces (standard Philadelphia location). The close-up confirms the date as 1943. No obvious doubled-die, RPM, or major striking error stands out VF-20 to VF-30 (Very Fine).
