A pair of Casades glazed porcelain figural groups depicting herons or egrets, made in Spain. Each figurine is composed of two stylized long-necked marsh birds. One bird stands with an S-curved neck, while a second bird is positioned at the base. The figures are rendered in a high-gloss white glaze with hand-painted pastel pink and grey shading on the plumage. The bases are modeled with textured marsh grass and reeds, including bulrushes with brown-pigmented accents. The birds feet and eyes are finished with blue and grey glaze detailing. The underside of each base features the printed brown Casades factory mark, which includes the manufacturer name, S.A., The Other Porcelain, and Made in Spain. Height approx. 12.5 inches (measured against a ruler). Condition: Both figurines are in very good condition. No visible chips, cracks, or professional repairs are present. Fragile elements, including the beaks and slender necks, remain intact. A numerical inventory sticker is present on the underside of one base.
