A large amber-colored pressed glass decorative bowl featuring a high-relief molded pattern on the exterior. The decoration depicts a variety of fruits including grapes and pears amidst foliage against a stippled background. The translucent glass allows the exterior relief to be visible through the smooth interior surface. The bowl is designed with a wide, shallow profile and a scalloped, ruffled rim. It stands on four small, integral rounded peg feet. Dimensions: Height approx. 3.75 in; Diameter approx. 12.5 in. Condition: The bowl is in good vintage condition. Small dark carbon inclusions are visible within the glass, which are common manufacturing artifacts for this type of pressed glass. The scalloped rim shows minor roughness and small flea bites consistent with age and use. No major cracks or large chips are observed.
