This lot consists of an assortment of approximately ten specialty metal baking pans and tins. The collection includes a large 6-cup muffin tin stamped EKCOLOY, 4-60-6, and EKCO, indicating manufacture in Canada. Also featured are 12-well shell-shaped madeleine pans from the Baker's Secret Classiques line, model number 3-120; original labels specify a shell size of 6.4 cm by 1.3 cm. A Cooks Tools 4-well Yorkshire pudding tin, manufactured in England with a Xylan non-stick coating, is included in its original plastic packaging. The set also contains a heavy-duty 6-well fluted cakelet pan finished with a dark gray non-stick coating. Three matching 8-well natural aluminum small muffin tins are included in a stack, along with an additional 6-well tin enclosed in a bread bag. Construction materials vary across the collection, including aluminized steel and both natural and coated aluminum. The three matching natural aluminum muffin tins show significant signs of use, including baked-on residue and surface staining.
