A contemporary ceramic serving bowl from the Classic Fjord collection by Dansk. The stoneware vessel features a sculptural boat-shaped form with a deep curved profile and two integrated oval handle cutouts at the raised ends. The bowl is finished in a high-gloss solid Nordic Blue glaze throughout, contrasting with an exposed cream-colored foot rim at the base. The underside of the bowl is marked with white stamped text including CLASSIC FJORD and DANSK within ovals, MICROWAVE/DISHWASHER SAFE, PATENT # US D630,890 S, and the letters PT. The base also retains an original manufacturer barcode label identifying the item as Fjord Nordic Blue Large Serve Bowl, 2 qt / 1.9 L, Made in China, and a retail price sticker. This lot includes the original white inner retail box and the navy blue outer storage box. Dimensions measured against a ruler: Width approx. 12.5 inches; Height at side approx. 4 inches; Height at handle approx. 5.5 inches. Condition: The bowl is in excellent, unused condition. No visible chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs are present. The item retains its original retail stickers and packaging.
