2003 Pokemon EX Dragon #08 Plusle - Reverse Foil Pokemon Trading Card (PSA 6 EX - MT) (PSA Certification: 62057869). Released during the early EX era, EX Dragon was the third expansion in the EX Series and helped introduce collectors to Pokemon from the Hoenn region while showcasing the distinctive designs and foil treatments that have made this period increasingly popular with vintage and early modern Pokemon collectors.
