A vintage solid wood footstool of simple utilitarian construction. The piece features a rectangular top and two board-style legs, each with a curved semi-circular cutout at the base. The components are joined using flat-head screws visible on the side aprons. The underside of the top bears a handwritten inscription in dark ink: John Henderson / 9E 1964. Four additional pre-drilled holes are present on the underside of the top board. Dimensions: approx. L 14 in x W 7.5 in x H 9 in (measured against a ruler). Condition: The stool displays significant wear consistent with age and functional use. The top surface shows heavy dark staining and widespread finish loss. The wood exhibits scattered scratches, minor abrasions, and small cracks throughout.
