This pair of pedestal candle holders features fluted columns crafted from mercury glass with a mottled, antiqued silver finish. The design includes lobed galleries at the neck and base of the stems, terminating in flared, scalloped feet. Each pedestal supports a tulip-form hurricane shade made of clear glass. One base bears a piece of green adhesive tape with the handwritten notation 5 x 12 1/2. Condition: Both items appear to be in good condition. The distressed finish on the pedestals is an intentional characteristic of mercury glass. No visible chips, cracks, or structural repairs are noted.
