Per the carton: "Your fave waterproof liquid liner, now in an easy-to-use inkwell format with a precision felt-tip wand. The quick-drying formula delivers intense e.l.f. pigment to define lash lines or create bold, graphic looks in just one swipe." Directions: shake well before use; remove any excess ink from the applicator on the pot's inner edge before using the felt tip to draw thin or thick lines. The cartons are marked vegan and cruelty-free and carry a 6M period-after-opening symbol; the front window shows a black inkwell pot and applicator.
