Per the carton: "Illuminating Color Corrector is a nail brightener that instantly brightens nails and reduces the appearance of discoloration." How it works - the formula, containing iridescent pearl and brightener, helps visually reduce nail discoloration, evens out natural nail color and conceals imperfections. The results - healthier looking nails that look refreshed and perfected; nails look brighter for 1 week. To use - apply 1-2 coats as desired on bare nails for buildable coverage. The front of each carton carries a "Consumer Tested" seal and packaging is bilingual English/French. The number 97390 is printed on the hang-tab panel of both cartons.
