Vintage Cabbage Patch Kids doll featuring brown eyes, a bald vinyl head, dimpled cheeks, and the classic Cabbage Patch facial sculpt. Doll is dressed in a blue-and-white gingham outfit with white trim. The back of the head is marked © OAA 1978, 1982 / Original Appalachian Artworks / Manufactured by Coleco, and the original Cabbage Patch Kids sewn tag remains attached.
