Vintage Cabbage Patch Kids doll featuring a small tuft of blonde yarn hair, bright green eyes, dimpled cheeks, and the classic Cabbage Patch facial sculpt. The back of the vinyl head is marked © OAA 1978, 1982 / Original Appalachian Artworks / Manufactured by Coleco, and the original sewn-in Cabbage Patch Kids tag remains attached.
