CONVERTIBLE TWO-IN-ONE HAND TRUCK - FOLDS FROM UPRIGHT TWO-WHEEL DOLLY TO FOUR-WHEEL FLATBED PLATFORM CART, RED STEEL TUBE FRAME A red painted steel convertible hand truck, the common two-in-one design that stands up as a two-wheel upright dolly and folds down into a four-wheel horizontal platform cart. The frame is welded round and square steel tubing with a flat steel nose plate, a wrap-around loop handle at the top of the upright, a pair of larger rubber-tired wheels on the main axle, and a pair of smaller swivel or fixed casters at the opposite end that carry the load when the unit is laid down flat. The handle assembly pivots on two bolted pivot joints with rubber-capped stop pins, which is what allows the change from upright to flatbed without tools. Photographed from both positions and from both ends, on grass beside a brick house. A genuinely useful shop, shed, warehouse, or moving-day cart that handles boxes, appliances, feed sacks, and long awkward loads that a straight dolly cannot. Goes well with the other garage and shop lots in this sale. Well used, with paint wear, scuffing, and surface scratching throughout, and it was NOT load tested, rolled under weight, or checked for tire pressure or wheel bearing play. Sold as one cart. Description Convertible two-in-one hand truck / platform cart, welded steel tube frame finished in red paint. Upright configuration: handle loop at the top, upright frame with cross braces, flat steel nose plate at the bottom for sliding under a load, riding on the two large wheels. Flatbed configuration: the upright folds forward and down so the frame lies horizontal, the nose plate stands up as an end stop or back rail, and the unit rolls on four wheels, two large and two small. Wheels: two larger rubber-tired wheels with painted or chromed center hubs, appearing to be roughly 8 to 10 inch class by proportion, and two smaller solid or rubber-tired casters. Whether the large wheels are pneumatic air-filled or solid semi-pneumatic could NOT be determined from the photographs, no valve stem was photographed, and no claim is made either way. Pivot hardware: the handle arms attach at two bolted pivot points, each with a short black rubber-capped pin or stop alongside. The pivot bolts and pins are present in the photographs but were NOT worked back and forth, so no statement is made about whether the conversion moves freely or binds. Overall length in the folded flat position measures approximately 47 inches from the nose plate to the end of the handle loop, per the tape-measure photograph. Frame width measures approximately 16 to 17 inches across, and the nose plate reads roughly 16 inches wide with roughly 7 inches of depth, per the tape-measure photographs. In every measuring frame the tape is laid loose across the cart or on the grass alongside it rather than hooked on an edge, and the grass keeps the tape off flat, so all of these figures are close estimates only.
