An American-made Weaver O scale ALCO RS-3 diesel locomotive finished in Lehigh Valley livery. The model features an injection-molded plastic shell mounted to a metal chassis with a dual-truck drive mechanism powered by a central motor. It includes the original red manufacturer box and an unopened bag containing uninstalled black plastic handrails and stanchions on sprues. The locomotive displays heavy custom weathering throughout. Window glazing is missing. Uninstalled handrails remain on sprues. The original box shows shelf wear including scuffed edges and adhesive residue. This item has not been tested.
