The Lionel Corporation, New York, post-war era. This metal 275-watt Type ZW Trainmaster transformer features dual throttle controls. The lot includes the original cardboard box and a printed How to Operate manual. It is an essential piece of American model train history designed for multi-train operation. Decals show bold colors. The original box retains crisp corners despite edge wear. Manual is complete. Needs a new power cord as current wiring is frayed. Unit is uncleaned and sold as-is.
