Two Southern folk art face jugs. The left jug, by Jill Studebaker, features a dark blue and tobacco glaze with vertical glaze runs, stylized facial features, and small porcelain or clay teeth. The right jug, by Marvin Bailey, has a rough, sand-textured finish, rounded form, applied eyes, and jagged white porcelain or stone teeth. Both reflect traditional Southern face jug pottery.
