This heavy-barreled match rifle comes complete with an official Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) Certificate of Authenticity, guaranteeing its authentic U.S. government training provenance. Procured by the military primarily in the late 1970s and early 1980s to train elite marksmen, military academies, and ROTC programs, the M12 is famous for its massive target receiver and uncompromising mechanical precision.
