SHIPPING ONLY ON SELECT ITEMS: If you purchase any items that are not marked "Shipping" and you cannot or do not pick up In-Person, you are still required to pay for ALL items, but any items that were not marked "Shipping" will NOT be shipped and will be deemed as abandoned. SHIPPING & PAYMENT: Payment for items must be made NO LATER THAN 5:00PM on Tuesday, if you require shipping. We reserve the right to require payment by EFT (Wire Transfer) for invoices at our sole discretion. Handling & Shipping Charges include cost of postage, insurance, materials (boxes, packing materials, etc.), and labor based on $60/hr billed in 1 minute increments ($5 minimum). Once items are packed and ready for shipping, you will receive a separate invoice for Handling & Shipping Charges. All items are sold "As Is, Where Is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned and without refund or restitution. There are NO refunds! Non-payment of items will result in being banned from all future on-line and live auctions. This is a soft close auction, therefore anytime someone bids at the very end of the auction, time will be added to give other bidders a chance to bid.
